Description of Service:
Our service offers the disceming traveler the ultimate in safety and reliability.  A chauffer dedicated to the arriving passenger will meet your visitor with the name board at the designated meeting area.  Any vehicle could be selected for the passengers; no other passengers will be transported in the same vehicle.  We would gladly meet your visitor with your company name appearing on this.

Please note:

• Insurance does not cover personal property.
• Chauffer Drive is Vat exempt.
• Rates does not include any accessories i.e. baby seats and trailers.
• Cancellation fee equal to the transfer cost will be charged if chauffer has not been dispatched.
• 100% cancellation fee will apply for any booking reserved for the same day.
• A surcharge of R80.00 per transfer will apply between 22h00- 06h30.
• A waiting fee of R100 per hour will apply over and above the application transfer rate.  With a maximum waiting time 2 hours.  This will apply after the ½ an hour.  hould the chauffer drive flexi drive with the applicable rates.
• Multiple Point Activities – one additional transfer is not charged if within 15kms of first pickup, if additional a 3 hour Flexi driver must be quoted or two transfers must be booked.
• Rates will be calculated from the nearest depot.
• The above are net rates.

• Vehicle kilometers
• Vehicle fuel and maintenance
• Service of a professionally trained chauffer

Rates exclude:

• Water in vehicle
• Newspaper
